GeneticRX Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GeneticRX, including the website, authenticated user portal, documentation, applications, integrations, APIs, desktop/display clients, and GeneticRX Discord Bot and community services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the minimum age and legal requirements applicable to the Services in your jurisdiction. Some features may have additional age, licensing, geographic, subscription, or regulatory requirements. You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and devices, and report suspected unauthorized access.

Customer content

You retain ownership of content and records you submit to GeneticRX, subject to the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, back up, display, transmit, and otherwise provide the Services. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to upload submitted content.

Acceptable use

You must not violate applicable law or another person's rights; attempt unauthorized access; bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, security controls, or account isolation; attack or exploit the Services without authorization; upload malware; interfere with availability; abuse APIs; scrape data in violation of applicable terms or law; facilitate unlawful activity; impersonate others; submit content you do not have the right to submit; or use the Services to evade licensing or regulatory requirements.

Cannabis-related use

GeneticRX provides software and records management. It does not authorize, license, sell, distribute, or provide cannabis. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws, rules, permits, licenses, testing, tracking, and other regulatory obligations.

Integrations and third-party services

The Services may integrate with controller vendors, payment providers, authentication providers, Discord, hosting providers, and other third parties. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. When you enable an integration, you authorize GeneticRX to communicate with that provider as necessary to provide the integration.

Discord community and bot

The GeneticRX Discord Bot is a community and operations bridge. Discord users must comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, applicable Developer policies, and GeneticRX server rules. The bot may manage roles and channels, perform new-member verification and anti-raid controls, provide commands and account linking, deliver GeneticRX operational notifications, provide staff alerts, and maintain limited operational logs.

New-member verification and anti-raid controls

To protect the community, GeneticRX may use Discord Rules Screening, Verification Levels, Raid Protection, AutoMod, temporary restrictions for new members, manual staff review, GeneticRX account verification, rate limits, and abuse detection. No verification system guarantees that every malicious account will be detected. GeneticRX may take immediate protective action when reasonably necessary to protect users, the community, or the Services.

Paid plans

Some features require a paid plan. Pricing, billing intervals, included features, and entitlement rules are presented through the applicable purchase flow. Paid access does not grant ownership of GeneticRX software. Refunds are handled according to the purchase terms presented at checkout and applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Services, software, branding, interfaces, documentation, source code, and other GeneticRX materials are owned by GeneticRX or its licensors unless expressly stated otherwise. Except for rights expressly granted by these Terms, no license is granted to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and integrations and may perform maintenance, upgrades, migrations, and emergency security changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Privacy and security

Our Privacy Policy explains how GeneticRX collects, uses, protects, retains, and discloses personal information. Do not attempt to exploit GeneticRX. Report security vulnerabilities through the official GeneticRX support/contact channel without accessing another user's data.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for violations, abuse, fraud, suspected malicious activity, security protection, legal or regulatory requirements, nonpayment, or protection of users and Services. You may stop using the Services and request deletion of eligible account information under the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GeneticRX does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accuracy of third-party telemetry or integrations, preservation of every record in every failure scenario, or any cultivation, breeding, business, licensing, or regulatory outcome. Information in the Services is not legal, medical, financial, agricultural, or regulatory advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GeneticRX and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.

Changes and disputes

We may update these Terms as the Services, laws, or business practices change. Mandatory consumer-protection, privacy, and other rights provided by your jurisdiction remain unaffected. Before initiating a formal dispute, give GeneticRX a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue through its official support/contact channel, except where applicable law permits or requires a different process.
